Molino di Ferro is owned by Luigi Marconato, who has kept alive the family tradition in the production of top quality corn flour over the years. His passion is revealed in the care taken in the production processes, in the carefully selected choice of hi-quality corn. Or in the scrupulous attention to the delicate work of grinding and, before that, in the expertise used for refining the raw material coming from industries subject to constant and rigorous quality controls. Those who grow the corn for the company, do it with great care, adopting cropping and conservation systems in the forefront in terms of health.

You could define Luigi a true fan! His goal has always been more and more ambitious in order to obtain products that hand down the ancient flavors of the past. From corn meal of his modern mill comes out the polenta, his favourite product, for being so full of flavor, even through the drying stage, that shorten the preparation time up to a few seconds.
Just a minute and you can taste the delicious Polenta, a dish able to match a thousand specialties, especially those of the traditional cuisine of Northen Italy. Luigi Marconato is supported by his sons Fabio and Paola that inherited a passion for genuine products and a good business intuition.
